What tasks you shall fulfill:
· Work with the management to develop and optimize all China related strategies, processes and operations.
· Responsible for the platform operation and implementation
· Customer service responsibility
· Develop domestic operations in coherence with regulatory requirements
· Analyze processes with regards to effectiveness and correctness

What you should bring to the table:

Experience:
· You have experience in hands on development and implementation of effective processes in the financial industry, especially in wealth management
· You have broad knowledge and understanding of Mainland China and overseas financial regulatory policy.

Softskills:
· You excel in building relationship with different people in short time
· Strong analytical skills and proactive work approach
· Persuasiveness
· Self motivated with a can do attitude in a startup environment

Language:
· Chinese mother language, English fluent, German is a plus
