Responsibilities
Act as course consultant and interface for applicants and the program, e.g. answering general enquiries via phone and email;
Assist in executing admission events and keep records on each follow-up;
Assist in admission process design and delivery, including content writing and translation;
Assist in promotional events, marketing campaign, social media platform operation
which are related to admission and course consultation;
Other tasks that assigned by the sales and marketing team;
Reporting structure & key relationships:
Reporting to: Managers, Senior Managers, directors;
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above;
At least one year experience in marketing related function with a multi-national organization or in education business, is a plus;
Willing to grow up as a professional in education business, willing to embrace challenges and unleash potentials in broader areas of the business is preferred;
Good communication skills, excellent spoken and written Chinese and English;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as general PC skills (experience in using Lotus Notes Groupware is preferred);
Key personal attributes
