职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for wafer quality control and handle abnormal situation in time
2. Manage wafer WAT data at all stages of fabrication, coordinate and drive process flow optimization, improve wafer yield and reliability
3. Regular audit of fab quality control, wafer ship, process improvement and service etc.
4.Completed other tasks assigned by the company in time
Qualifications:
1. Master or Ph.D. degree in microelectronics, semiconductor, physics and optics etc.
2. Strong understanding with Finfet process at 8nm/7nm and below, at least 3 years experience of process integration
3. Familiar with statistical data analysis, good report ability and presentation skills
4. Strong communication skills, can build and develop good relation with vendor and customer
5. Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, can independently lead various quality problem solving, able to work under pressure
6. Fluent in Korea and English, accept occasional short-term international travel
