Responsibilities:
· Assist the customers with battery production processes
o Familiar with the testing procedures (tests for discharge capacity, electrolyte leakage, internal resistance, and so on) for batteries
o Analyze and verify the reliability of battery production processes
o Communicate among the customers and Renata HQ on work progress, and follow up with process improvement tasks
· Assist and work at HQ to develop novel production processes (20%-50% international travel may be required)
o Experience in laboratory working environment
o Knowledgeable in DOE (design of experiments) principles
· Support customers to improve their quality systems
o Root cause analysis to identify potential solutions
· Battery testing
o Design and execute battery test plans on products made by Renata and competitors
o Prepare summary on the findings of battery testing
· Complete other assignments/tasks from the customers or from the HQ

Requirements:
· University Degree is necessary. Master Degree is preferred
· More than 3+years of experience in battery or electrochemistry related fields. Experiences in battery testing is a must
· Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Experience in technical presentation and formal report composition will be helpful
· Independent, detail oriented, and outgoing personality.
