Responsibilities Why Mobby? Mobby is a high-quality children's STEAM education brand, under TAL Education Group. It focuses on the development of student's thinking abilities, using high-quality curriculum for children ages 2-12. Between the ages of 3-8, children undergo a critical educational period. Through the use of children's psychology, STEM, Problem Based Learning (PBL), interdisciplinary education, group teaching methods, and other professional experience, Mobby has developed a set of kid's thinking courses that fully align with the nature of children. Mobby has opened 14 children's education centers nationwide. Every year, tens of thousands of children enjoy age-appropriate interactive technology courses. In China, more and more parents and students have turned from “exam-oriented education” to “quality education.” Going from knowledge test-based services to more thinking-based training, customers are seeking a better experience. Last year, Mobby and MIT Media Lab hosted a conference in Beijing. Mobby will work with their Scratch project to advance creative learning through the use of visual programming. This will serve as the basis for in-depth STEAM teaching and development. As a Mathematical thinking Product Manager, you will: - Engage in product design, planning, and operation of Mobby’s Mathematic Thinking product line. - Design curriculum products and services using advanced international education concepts; pursue a win-win situation between user value and economic benefits. - Constantly research and learn advanced international education concepts/methods; apply it reasonably to products overall design. - Collaborate with the R&D team to design and develop Mathematic Thinking related products; continuous promote, optimize, and upgrade products. - Develop, design and implement teacher training programs. - Conduct competitive analysis on competitor and their products to enhance views, while improving research and development capabilities.
